Really, people, what I want you to see is not this cutting-edge-innovative-new & improved-Web 2.0 version of the simple kitchen knife, but all of the decisions that went into the development, manufacture, marketing, packaging and shipping of said product. The people who were hired, fired, worked long hours in between…nah, don’t think about them.
